Shipped-To-You Refills:
When you order a refill, we ship a new filled bottle and nozzle to your doorstep at full price. Return the empty bottle in the same box with receipt that came in the original box within 90 days. Once we receive it, we refund the core charge within 24-48 hours.

Our commitment to our loyal customers is satisfaction guaranteed. If your bottle is damaged in anyway when shipping it back to us, we are more than happy to still take it and apply our Bottle Return Discount. We will showcase the bottles on our social media as well as create a new Scarred series on them. If completely damaged and cannot resale, we will recycle them accordingly with our local recyclers. *This only applies to Shipped-To-You orders. Local Business Refill Stations are not able to replace bottles.
